- To play on the Customer's account with the selected Russian language as Battle.Net.
Use English both in Battle.net and, if possible, in the game, mandatory for client screenshots
- To run Battle.net without VPN or play without it
- To not follow the rules described in the section How to get and complete orders
- To be rude to the Customer and the Manager
- To discuss financial matters with the client
- To delete/sell/sabotage the Customer's inventory
- To communicate with the guild / friends / any other people who are similar to those who know or communicate with the Customer
- To be rude to someone inside the game
- To use words referring to boosting in game chat (customer, buyer, booster etc.)
- To move away from the computer (including for a minute or being in other windows) during orders whose activity implies battlegrounds
- To offer the Customer to communicate with him in third-party chats and communicate with him there at his request without notifying the Manager
- To offer the Customer to work outside of our infrastructure
- To offer the Customer to pay directly to you
- To offer the Customer to leave you a tip. If the client shows a desire to evaluate your work in this way, he will do it. We already remind customers about tips.
If a client asks how he can leave a tip, you should send him to the Manager, where he will receive detailed instructions on how to do this.
- To use the data obtained to fulfill the order for any purpose other than fulfilling the order
- To transfer to third parties any information about the order (customer data, order number, nickname, etc.)
- To use cheats, bots, bugs, exploits, game flaws
- To criticize the processes and ways of working when communicating with the Customer. If you want to make suggestions or express dissatisfaction - contact the Manager
