- After closing an order, you will be listed by the Manager for a payment
- Payment comes 3-14 days after the order is closed
- Required data for payment
- Binance PAY ID/ Binance ID / Binance E-mail
- If you did not receive payment within the specified period, write to Telegram @META_Payouts
The order is not paid or paid partially in the following cases:
- If the player did not provide screenshots or a stream confirming the completion of the order (in case the client does not agree with the closing of the order)
- If the player violates the rules for fulfilling orders, the rules for communicating with the client, the rules for working on the client's account
- If the player is convicted of fraud (using bots, transferring account data to persons not involved in the provision of services, stealing inventory, etc.);
- If the Manager receives a complaint from the Customer with a request to withdraw player from the order or replace him/her with another player (and the player's fault is confirmed)
- If the player refuses to continue order in the process of execution (even if there is progress) without a good reason or the refusal is not agreed with the Manager
- If the player does not get in touch for more than 24 hours during an active orders
- If the customer receives an account ban due to the fault of the player
- If the customer canceled the order due to the fault of the player
- If the customer and/or Manager has not accepted the work and there is a need to complete it
