General abbreviations and slang
If you have been playing various games for a long time, you have probably come across abbreviations or slang when communicating in voice or text chats with other players or customers. They help to quickly convey a message by shortening the name of a long spell/sentence/phrase to just a couple of characters.
Below are the main ones that will help you both in your work and in communicating with customesr/operators. First, working abbreviations will be mentioned, then general in-game ones, and then those that are often encountered when playing certain classes.
General**:**
Acc - account.
This name means both a battle.net account and an account within the battle.net itself (often this is WOW1 EU, WOW2 EU, etc.). It is used in communication with an operator or customer when you need to get information about the account, as well as convey a message (that the account is free, the subscription has ended, the account is blocked, etc.)
Share (Sharing), Unlock - first login into account when you need to input special code or get an app approve.
Pilot (Piloted) - orders when you play on customer’s account.
Self (Self-play) - orders when you play with customer using your own account.
