- Be friendly and courteous to the client
- If you have not been provided with data from the account, request them from the customer
- First of all, the conference is created so that you can independently resolve simple issues with the client, for example: start time, account data, time frame for logging into the account, etc.
- Answer all customer questions. If you do not know the answer, then invite the Manager by tagging him in the conference (to tag, enter the @Nick symbol (for example, @Super)
- Try to maintain a favorable atmosphere when communicating with the customer, this may contribute to a second order and the choice of you as a contractor! Also, do not forget that a satisfied customer can leave you a tip.
- Do not add the client's discord as a friend, as this is regarded as an attempt to steal the client, and this will lead to the termination of relations with you.
If the client himself throws you a friend request - accept the request, and after the order is completed, remove the client from the list of friends
- In cases of delay, inform the customer and try to negotiate an extension
- If something is wrong on the client's account (through your or not your fault), you should warn him about it - the service should be transparent and the client should not have the feeling that he was deceived
- If the order consists of several stages, then when each stage is completed, inform the client about this so that he knows that his order is in progress.
- Upon completion, do not forget to send the final completion report to the client and receive confirmation that he also considers the order completed
What NOT to do:
- Be rude to the Customer or Manager
- Discuss financial matters with the client
- Use words referring to boosting in game chat (customer, buyer, booster etc.)
- Delete/sell/sabotage the client's inventory, communicate with someone from his account (without his permission), be rude to someone inside the game
- To offer the Customer and to communicate with him in third-party chats
- Offer the Customer to work outside of our infrastructure
- Offer the Customer to pay directly to you
